Ashlee Bennett, a 20-year-old Art major at Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS, is making her second missions experience in Maywood after a one-week college trip in the spring of 2010. Ashlee's prayer is to see God's Word heard, His love shown, and His glory known in the lives of the residents. In addition to serving in Maywood, Ashlee is helping lead a Korean/English Bible study at Solex College.
MyeongUk Jeong is a 22-year-old native of South Korea and a college student at Kyungwon University majoring in Sports and Leisure Studies. MyeongUk is currently attending Solex College in Wheeling, IL where he leads a Korean/English Bible Study. His goal this summer is to make an impact on the students of Solex and the community of Maywood before returning to South Korea in August.
Katie Sprouse, a 19-year-old Art major at Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Wesson, MS, is an honor student on the Co-Lin dance team, a member of the Photography Club, and is on the Co-Lin Baptist Student Union Council, through which she was inspired to do missions here in Maywood. Her goal for this summer is to present the love and peace of Jesus Christ to the people of Maywood.
Kristina Weil, a 19-year-old student from Meridian, MS, will be transferring to the University of Southern Mississippi this fall to become a Child Life Specialist. She is a member of Midway Baptist Church in Meridian and attended Meridian Community College's Baptist Student Union. Her purpose for the summer is to be a bold advocate for Christ and to live out John 3:30 everyday.
Jeanna Wilkes is a 20-year-old Business Accounting major at Delta State University in Cleveland, MS, where she is a leader in the Baptist Student Union, Student Government Association, and University Budget Committee. She is focusing her summer on hospitality, humility, and finding joy in just the small things that bring God glory.

John Yi is THE ONLY husband of Gloria and THE ONLY father of Abigail. He has 20+ years of lay and "ordained" ministry experience. He has earned his M. Div. from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. John is consumed with the honor of Jesus, the Bridegroom, and he is passionately concerned about His Bride's (the Church's) divinely ordained role as the "salt and light" of her surrounding community. As a result, John believes that the Bride in Maywood is in a fierce race .
